Getting you parked up
There are a limited number of visitor spaces available at Abney Hall, located in the lower car park. They operate on a first come, first serve basis, so they can fill up quickly. Alternatively, you can allow your visitors to park in one of your company’s allocated leased or licensed spaces.
Taking care of your mail
The post is delivered to Abney Hall in the mornings, and is delivered directly to your suite by the local postman. For all outgoing post, you can either arrange your own collection with Royal Mail, or take your letters and parcels to the post office within the WH Smith store on Wilmslow Road. It's open until 5.30pm and is around a 15 minute walk away.
Welcoming your visitors
As there is no on-site team at Abney Hall, during the week visitor entry is via a bell system at the main doors. All your visitors will need to do is select your company at the door, and you’ll receive an alert to let you know someone’s arrived. It’s then up to you to let them into the building, or meet them at the doors.
If you're expecting visitors at the weekend, on a bank holiday or after 6.30pm Monday-Friday, you’ll need to arrange alternative communication (i.e. mobile phone or email contact), as the intercom system is unavailable during this time.
Quick fixes and making changes
If you spot something that needs to be fixed either in your space or a shared area, just let any of our team know.
