Getting you parked up
The NCP Manchester Deansgate car park offers a large number of spaces. It has an early bird rate for up to 12 hours parking, and it’s just a five minute walk from our front doors.
Taking care of your mail
If you're a conventional customer, Royal Mail deliver post to the main reception each morning. For outgoing post, you can either arrange your own collection with Royal Mail, or take your letters and parcels to the post office in Albert Square. It's open until 6pm during the week.
If you're a serviced space customer, Royal Mail deliver post directly to your suite each morning, and they collect from reception at 4pm.
Welcoming your visitors
Everyone who walks through the door is welcomed by our friendly staff. We'll work with you to understand what you'd like our team to do when they greet your guests and where you'd like us to direct them. Our team can give you a call to let you know that your guest is waiting for you in reception or we can help them to find their way to your suite.
Quick fixes and making changes
If you spot something that needs to be fixed either in your space or a shared area, just let any of our team know.
