Welcoming your visitors
Everyone who walks through the door is welcomed by our friendly staff. We'll work with you to understand what you'd like our team to do when they greet your guests and where you'd like us to direct them. Our team can give you a call to let you know that your guest is waiting for you in reception or we can help them to find their way to your suite.
Taking care of your mail
Royal Mail delivers all mail directly to your suite at around midday, and they collect from Cotton Exchange reception at 5.15pm, or from the Cotton House reception at 3pm. We’re happy to make sure your packages and letters are taken care of – just hand them to the Reception Team in plenty of time.
Getting you parked up
Our team is happy to help you get parked up. Reception can validate your ticket for parking at Pall Mall just around the corner - you’ll get a 50% discount on all parking with a valid ticket.
Quick fixes and making changes
If you spot something that needs to be fixed either in your space or a shared area, just let any of our team know.
