Getting you parked up
There are several pay and display car parks along High Street for those who don't have a dedicated parking space at Haw Bank House. We don't have any visitor spaces on-site, but you could allow your visitors to park in one of your company spaces.
Quick fixes and making changes
If you spot something that needs to be fixed either in your space or a shared area, just let any of our team know.

Welcoming your visitors
At Haw Bank House, visitor entry is via an intercom system at the rear doors between 7am and 6pm, Monday-Friday. All your visitors will need to do is select your company from the list, then you’ll receive an alert to let you know they’ve arrived. It’s then up to you to let them into the building or meet them at the doors.
If you're expecting visitors at the weekend, on a bank holiday or after 6pm during the week, you'll need to arrange alternative communication (e.g. phone call/email), as the intercom system is unavailable at this time. During these hours, access is only via the front door of the building, with a registered access card/fob.
Taking care of your mail
Royal Mail delivers all mail directly to your suite each morning. For outgoing post, you can either arrange your own collection with Royal Mail, or you can take your letters and parcels to the post office within the WH Smith on Wilmslow Road, which is less than a ten minute walk from our front doors.
