Getting you parked up
We can offer a discounted rate of £7 per day at Chorlton Street multi-storey car park. To get the discounted rate you'll need to take your ticket to Manchester One opposite the car park to be validated.
Taking care of your mail
Our reception team will deliver post to your suite each morning, Monday to Friday. We'll also give you a call before sending any couriers up to your suite to deliver parcels. For outgoing post, the post office on Portland Street is open until 6pm during the week and it's just a couple of minutes' walk from our front doors.
Welcoming your visitors
Everyone who walks through the door is welcomed by our friendly staff. We'll work with you to understand what you'd like our team to do when they greet your guests and where you'd like us to direct them. Our team can give you a call to let you know that your guest is waiting for you in the lounge or we can help them to find their way to your suite.
Quick fixes and making changes
If you spot something that needs to be fixed either in your space or a shared area, just let any of our team know.
