Across the building you’ll find HID mobile access technology, a bluetooth security system allowing you access to all floors whilst keeping your space safe.

Using HID mobile access systems enables Android or iOS phones to communicate with readers using a close-range “Tap” mode, or from a distance with HID Global’s patented “Twist and Go” mode meaning at one touch you’ll be open doors across all floors.

Each person who needs access to your space will need to be set up with this system on their mobile device. All you need to do is send a list of your employees details to neo.reception@bruntwood.co.uk and they’ll set them up on the system for you.

Once our team has done this, each person will receive an email from HID Global (hidglobal@hidglobal.com) which contains your 'HID Mobile Access Invitation Code’. All you need to do is follow the steps, download the app and select the invitation code via email.
