Welcoming your visitors
Everyone who walks through the door is welcomed by our friendly staff. We'll work with you to understand what you'd like our team to do when they greet your guests and where you'd like us to direct them. Our team can give you a call to let you know that your guest is waiting for you in reception or we can help them to find their way to your suite.
Taking care of your mail
The post is delivered to Oxford Place in the mornings, and is brought directly to your suite by the local postman. For all outgoing post, you can either arrange your own collection with Royal Mail, or take your letters and parcels to the Piccadilly Plaza post office. It's open until 6pm and is around a ten minute minute walk down Portland Street.
Getting you parked up
The NCP on Chester Street is less than a five minute walk from our front doors, and has an early bird offer valid for entry between 6am and 9am.
Quick fixes and making changes
IIf you spot something that needs to be fixed either in your space or a shared area, just let any of our team know.
