Getting you parked up
We’re able to offer a 50% discount on parking at the NCP Pall Mall, which has a large number of spaces available and is accessible 24 hours a day. Just take your ticket to the reception team at Cotton Exchange and they’ll validate it for you.
Taking care of your mail
Royal Mail delivers all mail directly to your suite each morning. For outgoing post, you can either arrange your own collection with Royal Mail, or take your letters and parcels to the post office in the India Building, which is less than a five minute walk away.
Welcoming your visitors
At Queens, there's an intercom at the main doors of each building. All your visitors will need to do is select your company on the intercom, and you’ll receive an alert to let you know they’ve arrived. It’s then up to you to let them in, or meet them at the doors. Or if you’d like to direct your visitors to Cotton House, we can get them seated, grab them a drink, and give you a call to let you know they're here.
Quick fixes and making changes
If you spot something that needs to be fixed either in your space or a shared area, just let any of our team know.
