Getting you parked up
If you don't have an allocated parking space at Riverside, we recommend the NCP car park just round the corner on Irwell Street. We've got a small number of visitor spaces available that you can book in advance with our reception team.
Taking care of your mail
You'll need to give our team one or more email addresses to add to our post contacts list. It's delivered to the post room in reception, and we'll send an email to everyone letting them know when it's arrived. If anything needs a signature, the postie will deliver these items directly to your suite. All outgoing post should be ready in the post room by 4.10pm.
Welcoming your visitors
Everyone who walks through the door is welcomed by our friendly staff. We'll work with you to understand what you'd like our team to do when they greet your guests and where you'd like us to direct them. Our team can give you a call to let you know that your guest is waiting for you in reception or we can help them to find their way to your suite.
Quick fixes and making changes
If you spot something that needs to be fixed either in your space or a shared area, just let any of our team know.
