Getting you parked up
The NCP Manchester Great Northern car park offers a large number of spaces and is accessible 24 hours a day. Alternatively, there are several car parks on Liverpool Road that offer an all day parking rate.
Taking care of your mail
Royal Mail delivers all mail directly to your suite at 9.30am. For all outgoing post, you can either arrange your own collection with Royal Mail, or take your letters and parcels to the post office in Albert Square. It's open until 6pm during the week and is less than a five minute walk from our front doors. Any recorded post and parcels need to be signed for by the recipient themselves, as the reception team can't hold packages for customers.
Welcoming your visitors
Everyone who walks through the door is welcomed by our friendly staff. We'll work with you to understand what you'd like our team to do when they greet your guests and where you'd like us to direct them. Our team can give you a call to let you know that your guest is waiting for you in reception or we can help them to find their way to your suite.
Quick fixes and making changes
If you spot something that needs to be fixed either in your space or a shared area, just let any of our team know.
