Getting you parked up
We have plenty of on site parking for customers and visitors. It’s best to direct your visitors to the security lodge on arrival - our staff here will advise them of the best space number to park in for the building they're visiting.
Taking care of your mail
Royal Mail delivers mail to the main reception in the morning and they collect at 4pm. We’re happy to make sure your packages and letters are taken care of – just hand them to the Reception Team in plenty of time. Alternatively, you can arrange your own delivery and collection with Royal Mail (fees may apply - have a look on their website for more information), and have post delivered directly to your suite.
Welcoming your visitors
Our team is more than happy to greet your guests at the Whitehouse Reception if you'd like to direct them there. We can give you a call to let you know that your guest is waiting for you in reception or we can help them to find their way to your suite.
Quick fixes and making changes
If you spot something that needs to be fixed either in your space or a shared area, just let any of our team know.
