Getting you parked up
The NCP Manchester Piccadilly Plaza car park has a large number of spaces and it's accessible until 11pm.
Alternatively, the surrounding area does offer some on street parking.
Taking care of your mail
Royal Mail delivers all mail directly to your suite each morning. Parcels need to be signed for by the recipient themselves, as our staff are unable to hold or sign for parcels for customers. For all outgoing post, you can either arrange your own collection with Royal Mail, or take your letters and parcels to the post office on Portland Street, which is open until 6pm during the week.
Welcoming your visitors
Everyone who walks through the door is welcomed by our friendly staff. We'll work with you to understand what you'd like our team to do when they greet your guests and where you'd like us to direct them. Our team can give you a call to let you know that your guest is waiting for you in reception or we can help them to find their way to your suite.
Quick fixes and making changes
If you spot something which you think needs to be fixed either in your space or a shared area, just let any of our team know.
