Available from 8am to 5.30pm every working day, your reception team is the face of the building and there to make your life easier. From a warm welcome for your visitors to dealing with mail, our team has an expert knowledge of the building and the surrounding area, making it even easier to feel at home at Blackfriars House.

Lauren Edwards
Lauren leads our community programme, bringing our network of customers together to create a thriving hub of activity and collaboration within our buildings. You can contact Lauren about events we have coming up, new initiatives you’d like to see or about hosting your own events in our spaces.

Canice Kent
Canice supports the whole team to deliver an excellent customer experience across our buildings. His work includes helping with your move-in, improving standards of service and coordinating events and community activity.

Facilities team
Our in house facilities team is there to help you with everything from replacing light bulbs to maintaining the standards in the building.
